WOW! It’s finally Thursday!! Hope everyone has had a great week so far! And, I hope everyone had a great Easter! I had a busy one and am finally recovering; as I drove over to Texas to see family and came back to visit with my bestie and her kiddos who were in town visiting family. It’s always great to see her even though it’s only for a short while, but she still manages no matter what to spend a little time on her visits with me. Anyways, here is the last post of my vitality vs. regular essential bottles series. So, let’s get started with “Vitality vs Regular Essential Oils Bottles Part 6…”
**For this post series, you will see both, the LABELED Vitality Essential Oils Bottles and the NONLABELED Vitality/Regular Essential Oils Bottles. In this post, I have the LABELED ones and a couple of NONLABELED ones. I do not have all the labeled ones and won’t purchase until I have used up all my others and/or when I have a need for a specific one.**
As I mentioned in the first post of this series, the number one question I see asked about Young Living’s Vitality Line is ‘What’s the difference between the Vitality and Regular labeled bottles?’ Well, the simple answer is the Vitality Line labeled bottles are FDA approved. Both bottles, for example, Lemon/Lemon Vitality Essential Oil, contains the same things within their bottles; it’s only the labels on the outside that make them different. The FDA approval makes it show they are safe for ingestion. These bottles were introduced in 2016, so since I became a member of Young Living in 2014, I have lots of the ‘ingestion safe’ essential oils in my ever-growing stash.
Again, Young Living has separated their Vitality Line into four groups: Herb, Spices, Citrus, and Supplement Vitality Essential Oils. For this last post in this series, there are only two vitality bottles left. These are in the Supplement group.
GLF – According to Young Living’s website, “is a powerful blend of essential oils that can be taken as a dietary supplement in conjunction with Detoxzyme® and Essentialzyme™ to help support healthy gallbladder and liver function. [It] includes six therapeutic-grade essential oils: Grapefruit, Ledum, Helichrysum, Hyssop, Celery, and Spearmint. This proprietary blend contains oils with powerful antioxidant properties and many more supportive wellness benefits, including digestive and immune support when used daily.”
Some common uses include [p]ut[ting] [it] in a veggie capsule and take it with Essentialzyme to help support digestive health, [a]dd[ing] [the] blend to your favorite green smoothie or juice in the morning to enjoy its intestinal-cleansing benefit.” Another common use includes “[c]ombin[ing] GLF Vitality essential oil with your 5-Day Nutritive Cleanse™ to facilitate gentle and effective cleansing in the body.”
JuvaCleanse – According to Young Living’s website, “belongs to Young Living’s Juva line and is designed to be taken as a supplement along with a diet of fiber-rich foods. Combining Helichrysum, Ledum, and Celery Seed essential oils, JuvaCleanse Vitality complements other Juva products, including JuvaFlex®, JuvaPower®, JuvaSpice®, JuvaTone®.”
“[It] is formulated to have cleansing properties, to help support digestion, and to support a healthy immune system. With so many JuvaCleanse benefits, JuvaCleanse Vitality is a great addition to your daily dietary supplements.” Some common uses include [a]dd[ing] 1–2 drops […] to a glass of water in the morning or after any meal to enjoy its cleansing benefits, and [t]ak[ing] it daily as a dietary supplement to support wellness and a healthy lifestyle.” Another common use includes “[a]dd[ing] 1–2 drops to a smoothie or green drink for digestive support any time of the day.”

**As with any over the counter medicines or prescription, a specific essential oil may work great for me, but not so much for you. I am not a doctor, just someone who uses essential oils on a daily basis and loves them. These are recommendations, as it is a trial and error type process to find what works best for you. The FDA has not evaluated this statement. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.**
