Yay for Thursdays!! Not quite Friday but close. So, last week I explained the values of Lavender and Peppermint Essential Oils. Today, I am continuing with my series with Young Living’s Starter Kit Part 2 to talk about the values and benefits of two more included in the current kit.

Young Living’s Starter Kit Part 2

Panaway Essential Oil:

Panaway Essential Oil contains a mixture of Young Living Essential Oils simply includes Wintergreen leaf oil, Helichrysum flower oil, Clove bud oil, and Peppermint oil.

If you’ve read all my previous posts, you have probably read this before as Panaway Essential Oil is what completely sold me on the powerful greatness these “seed to seal” essential oils give a single person. I use to get super bad Charlie Horses (leg cramps, leg spasms). However, that night I received my starter kit I added a couple drops of Panaway Essential Oil and a couple drops of my Carrier Oil in my hands and rubbed it right where I could feel a Charlie Horse coming on around my calf. No Joke, within 2-3 seconds it was completely gone!

Since, I have used it whenever I feel a Charlie Horse coming on or have one during the night. Though, as I have also mentioned on previous posts, there are a couple other essential oils I used now. I also use Panaway Essential Oil for things such as neck pain, time of the month, as well as the hip pains I have had over the years due to torn ligaments before and after surgeries. This is definitely one I cannot live without!

Personally, I use it, when available, in my sleep potion roller. Others love to use it not only for sleep but also to diffuser during the day or afternoons to help calm their little ones down. Then, there is also add it to Epsom Salt for taking a bath either in the mornings or at night to help be calmed and relaxed.
