Dallas Zoo…

Happy Random Tuesday Y’all!!

Istanbul, Turkey:

So Friday my mom and I went to Dallas to pick my sis up from the airport.  While waiting, we got the news about what was going on in Istanbul, Turkey.  I was so thankful I knew my sis was about to land in the Big D, but scared because my brother-in-law and his family was still there.  I texted my brother-in-law to check up on him and he was good.  Later on, I found out his family was all out-of-town visiting his mother’s home town so everyone I know over there was good to go.  🙂

While in Dallas, we decided to visit the Dallas Zoo since in my memory I have never been and even if I had, they’ve updated since then.  We also went to see “The Secret Life of Pets” at the Studio Movie Grill in the area we always stay in close to family.  Unfortunately, they were all sick so we didn’t get to visit with them.  The movie was great!  If you haven’t seen it yet, you need to go.

The Big D Zoo:

So today I wanted to focus more on the zoo.  I love zoos almost as much as I love aquariums.  One of my items on my bucket list is to visit every aquarium and zoo in the States and as many as possibly outside the States. Continue reading “Dallas Zoo…”

Anchors Away Clipboard

Happy Make It Monday!!

Well, we are at the beginning of yet another week!  Hope everyone is having an awesome Monday!  Mine started off rough; but it shall get better ?

Today I have made a clipboard with Anchors on it.  Since I love the water so much I thought it was very appropriate for this post in July ⚓️⚓️.  This is another simple and inexpensive project.

So here we go… Continue reading “Anchors Away Clipboard”

Once A Crafter, Always A Crafter…

Happy Scrap It Friday Y’all!

We made it through another week!  Hope everyone has great plans for the weekend!  I wanted to go to the Hot-Air Balloon Festival they are having here in town but I’m out-of-town picking my sister up from the airport.  It’s a win-lose situation: so happy my sister is back in the States, but so sad I’m gonna miss the festival as it’s been years since they’ve had it here in town.  Oh well, I’d rather see my sis anyways. 😛

Egyptian Lady:

So several years back my dad had one of my drawing I did in 5th grade framed.  I semi-remember making this but what I do remember and why he got it framed was because it was hung in the office at school for a long time.  Grant it, I was in 5th grade when I made it but I think I was a pretty good drawer/painter if I do say so myself.  ?                      Lemon Vitality Young Living Leom Vitality Essential Oil

Today I wanted to share a couple of ways of how you can use Young Living’s Lemon Vitality Essential Oil.  Though I’ve been using essential oils for over 10 years, I never until I started using Young Living’s ingested them and will never recommend doing so with any other brand.  I’ve been ingesting Young Living’s Essential Oils now for over 2 years and I have not had an issue.  I have watched videos of top consultants visiting Young Living’s farms, where they have watched them distill the various plants and make the bottles they are put in for purchase, so I know there are no additives in any of them.  One of these days I plan on visiting one myself, but who knows when that will be.  ?
