Happy Scrap It Friday!
Once again it’s “Scrap It Friday!!” Hope everyone had a great week and is ready for the weekend. Yesterday our internet decided to go out so this morning I am waiting for the technician to get here so they can fix it. I just hope they get here sooner rather than later. Anyways, I’ve got another super cute layout from Mosaic Moments. So let’s get started with “Mosaic Moments Island Blooms…”
Things Used:
- Mosaic Moments Island Blooms page kit
- Tombow Adhesive
- Close To My Heart Ribbon
- Scissors
Step #1:
The first thing I did was put the smallest pieces on each side of the double page layout. As well as possible, I matched the flower patterns up for a nicer look.
Step #2:
With the smaller pieces in place, I then added my blue pieces. A bit of a different process of putting the pages together than normal.
Step #3:
I then added the white pieces to each side of the layout.
Step #4:
Remember, when putting a page kit like this together you don’t have to do it exactly like the picture shows. Play with it and do your own thing. While putting this double page layout together I found some of my Close To My Heart ribbon in a light and dark green. To make it my ‘own’ I decided to use it on the left side of the double page layout.
Step #5:
Once I got my ribbon in place I finished my double page layout but putting the remainder pieces in their place. I placed the piece I added my ribbon to on the left side. For the right side, you will notice the pink piece overlapped the white pieces. That’s the way they made the layout so it’s okay.
And there you go, a quick page that could be easily finished at wherever you scrapbook. Need pictures printed but don’t have time or access to the right printer?
