Hallmark Christmas Movies Galore

It’s beginning to look alot like Christmas Y’all!! Now that Thanksgiving is over, we can finally begin to put out Christmas decorations up, play Christmas music, and watch (more) Christmas movies. Since I’m at my parents – still waiting to get moved to Dallas – I’m letting them do most of the decorations and spending my time watching my all time favorite Christmas Movie Channel.  So, let’s get started with “Hallmark Christmas Movies Galore…”

Hallmark Christmas Movies:

This year Hallmark has 21 new Christmas Movies they are premiering. Along with all of these new movies, they have most all of their other Christmas Movies they came out through out the years. I mainly watch them while walking on the treadmill but we also watch some together as a family. Saturday before the LSU game, we watched Hallmark’s Christmas on a Train. It was pretty good; though probably not my favorite, but then again movies like that usually aren’t.

Candace Cameron Bure:

Over the years, Candace Cameron Bure has been in five Hallmark Christmas Movies. According to Entertainment Weekly, her movie list over the years include “2016’s Journey Back to Christmas, 2015’s A Christmas Detour, 2014’s Christmas Under Wraps, and 2013’s Let It Snow, and 2008’s Moonlight and Mistletoe.” Though it’s hard to decide which one is my favorite, I would have to pick her 2013 Let It Snow movie just because I love seeing all the snow I never get to see here in Louisiana and it just has a great storyline I think. Currently if you can’t tell, the movie I am watching while walking on the treadmill is Moonlight and Mistletoe. It’s also on of my favorites out of her Christmas movies. Candace Cameron Bure’s Switched for Christmas was a great movie for this year’s lineup.

Lacey Chabert:

Some of my other favorite movies in those with Lacey Chabert. She, just like Candace Cameron Bure, has five Hallmark Christmas Movies which include “2016’s A Wish for Christmas and in 2015’s A Christmas Melody and Family for Christmas, 2014’s A Royal Christmas, and 2012’s Matchmaker Santa” according to Entertainment Weekly. Out of her movies, my favorite is A Royal Christmas from 2014. It’s my favorite because I seem to enjoy most of the Royal type movies and dream of living in a castle one day. Back in 2009 when I started working on researching my ancestry I found where my dad’s side way down the line has royalty in it. So, if anything else, one can always hope to find those related and visit one day right? Anyways, this year Lacey Chabert’s movie was The Sweetest Christmas. I liked it to a point, but it wasn’t one of my favorites of her movies.

A couple other Hallmark Movies I have enjoyed for the most part includes Miss Christmas (2017), Ice Sculpture Christmas (2015), and Christmas Festival of Ice (2017).  Miss Christmas was a pretty good movie which had actress, Brooke D’Orsay, from Royal Pains in it.  Rachel Boston’s Ice Sculpture Christmas in 2015 was a good movie, it’s just something about watching ice being carved into something magnificent. Though I originally thought Christmas Festival of Ice with actress Taylor Cole was going to be a part two movie for Ice Sculpture Christmas, it was still a pretty good movie.
